Christmas has come around again, and I'm having an event on the main Tribes RPG server (Phantom Worlds RPG) all day, packs containing rare items just waiting to be found are unlocking very soon, and more will be placed during the day. It's likely they will continue to be found through the rest of the month, so there's lots of time. This is also two years after the Tribes Repack came out. Merry Christmas. (1)

There was a hardware failure that took the server down for a few hours today (12:30 PM to 3:30 PM GMT-7). The failure was in the power supply, it has been replaced and everything is back to normal. (0)

Tribes Repack release 14 is out now. Get it here (465 MB). PATCHES FOR REPACK USERS: (The patches are only for updating old repack versions; if you do not have the repack, do not download them) OLDER VERSIONS (Repack 1 to Repack 7) MUST USE ALL PATCHES IN ORDER A patch to update older versions of the repack to version 8 is here (79 MB). For Repack versions 8 and newer (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13), you only need this patch: Patch 8 to 14 (8.9 MB). (On Windows Vista and Windows 7, the installer must be run as administrator in order to function.)
Recent changes in my main RPG server: -Packs no longer fall inside objects after the server restarts. -It is now possible to talk to NPCs simply by pressing the 'use pack' button. -Added a better menu for talking to NPCs. -Default talk for new players is now #global. -NPCs no longer push you away when you walk into them, instead they are solid as other players are. -Added Elementalist class, with a unique spell for controlling weather. -Smithing has a much improved menu interface. -Boats now give helpful info about where they go.
